A Compassionate Grimsby Counsellor, Here for You
Hello, my name is Linda. As a qualified and BACP-registered counsellor, I am passionate about providing compassionate mental health support in Grimsby and the surrounding areas.
My journey into counselling began with a belief in the power of human connection and the inherent ability we all have to overcome challenges. My primary approach is person-centred counselling, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to give you advice but to create a safe, confidential, and empathetic environment where you can explore your inner world freely.
I have experience working with a diverse range of clients and issues, including:
Anxiety and depression
Stress and burnout
Low self-esteem
Grief and loss
Relationship challenges
Life transitions
Through my training and professional experience, including my work with the Mind Works project and with university students, I have seen first-hand how a supportive therapeutic relationship can facilitate profound healing and personal growth.
I understand that seeking counselling can be a difficult decision. Please know that I am here to listen without judgment. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your path to self-discovery and well-being.
